    • Lisa, that’s the way I recommend to deal with bad habits. It’s when you think of “quitting forever” that you cave in to the small loss of “smoking just this once,” instead of getting the small win of “not smoking today” and building off of that. Congrats on quitting, too. That’s a great accomplishment!
