    Good article. Many people think a leader and a chief it’s one person. Well, this is not so. A leader is not always a chief, and a chief is not always a leader. The leader does not manage, does not command, but leads the others, and those who act towards him are not subordinates, but followers. People need to obey a chief for which they receive compensation or punishment. A leader does not control others but builds relations with them on the basis of trust. To become leaders it is enough to learn to manage your own life from the very beginning, rather than wait for a happy ticket. Create yourself comfortable and good conditions, both in life and at work. Set yourself precise goals and do not have to wait for every second to achieve them. In everything and everywhere be proactive! In addition there is a lot of information on the Internet. But choose and use only quality information.
