The reigning King of R&B Usher Raymond is no stranger to Success. With Grammy Awards, World Wide Tours and acting on the big screen Usher knows what it takes to reach for the stars make a name for yourself among the greats. I had a chance to meet Usher in the studio in Miami a year ago and I have to say he is one of the most humble and most talented people to be around.

Recently Usher founded ‘New Look‘, a non-profit charity organisation which aims to “provide young people with a new look on life through education and real-world experience”. In this Video Usher shares his thoughts on what it takes to reach your goals and what attitudes played a big part in his success.
