Yesterday I had the opportunity to see His Holiness “The Dalai Lama” in Perth, Western Australia for his Australian Journey. I have to say, I was definitely surprised by what he delivered and was amazed by his great sense of humor and his overwhelming compassion for people and life.He makes you sit back and question what path you are going down and helps you realize what is most important in life.

I have come across this great Video of The Dalai Lama where he shares his idea of what it is to live a meaningful life and how to get long lasting benefits from the right values out there.
