BodyBuilding Motivation Video

Have you ever felt like the music on your iPod is just not up to scratch when it comes time to hitting the gym or going for a run? Well, we have this amazing gem of motivation by Muscle Factory for you to checkout, in video form and even audio so that you can download this to your iPod playlist for your next workout session.

I have this one on loop, and have found that it has helped me push through the heavier sets in the gym. It’s all mental, and this video and audio will inspire your mind, and in turn inspire your body to reach that next level needed to kill it in your workout.

Is it possible to repost a new download link for the audio? When it downloads on my Mac, nothing happens in iTunes.

    Thanks!

Hi Tom. You have to drag the mp3 file into iTunes and sync your iPod.

I agree with you Sebastian. I’ve been playing this like 3 -4 times before my workouts. I’m currently 5 pounds away from my goal to be 189lbs. I started the new year at 207 and now I’m 194. :-)
