Big Sean is a beacon of inspiration as he makes it his duty to share words of encouragement for his fans during his live performances on stage. Big Sean knows that the road to success is no walk in the park and shares his advice on building on your inspirations, finding your motivation, how you can have a healthy work-life balance and what he believes the real definition of success is.
