You may know Jack Canfield as on of the best Success coaches in the US or the Co-Creator of one of the Best Selling  Book series “Chicken Soup For The Soul“.

In this video Jack Canfield explains how we can make changes for the best and how to do it now! People without goals get used by others who have them he says, which I believe to be a very great point. Although Jack is very focused on the “Law Of Attraction” and I personally don’t believe in it 100% because you need to take action and not just wish for good things to come about, Jack is on the right track with what state of mind we need to be in and how we should tackle our goals daily!

Jack Canfield Explains: How To Accelerate Your End Result:

Bonus – Jack Canfield Quotes:

“Don’t worry about failures, worry about the chances you miss when you don’t even try.” – Jack Canfield

Everything you want is out there waiting for you to ask. Everything you want also wants you. But you have to take action to get it. Jack Canfield

There are only two words that will always lead you to success. Those words are yes and no. Undoubtedly, you’ve mastered saying yes. So start practicing saying no. Your goals depend on it! Jack Canfield

Most fears cannot withstand the test of careful scrutiny and analysis. When we expose our fears to the light of thoughtful examination they usually just evaporate.Jack Canfield

People who ask confidently get more than those who are hesitant and uncertain. When you’ve figured out what you want to ask for, do it with certainty, boldness and confidence.Jack Canfield

You have to believe it’s possible and believe in yourself. Because after you’ve decided what you want, you have to believe it’s possible, and possible for you, not just for other people. Then you need to seek out models, mentors, and coaches.Jack Canfield

If you’re passionate about what it is you do, then you’re going to be looking for everything you can to get better at it.Jack Canfield

The problem is that most people focus on their failures rather than their successes. But the truth is that most people have many more successes than failures.Jack Canfield

Life is not about achievement, it’s about learning and growth, and developing qualities like compassion, patience, perseverance, love, and joy, and so forth. And so if that is the case, then I think our goals should include something which stretches us. – Jack Canfield

As you begin to take action toward the fulfillment of your goals and dreams, you must realize that not every action will be perfect. Not every action will produce the desired result. Not every action will work. Making mistakes, getting it almost right, and experimenting to see what happens are all part of the process of eventually getting it right.  – Jack Canfield

Body Intelligence: An Undervalued Leadership Asset

Leaders often equate success with intellectual and strategic acumen, while undervaluing physical awareness. However, body intelligence—the ability to tune into physical signals—is just as critical.
