Dakota Hendrix is an Air Force veteran and the founder of Creative House Offer, a Charleston, South Carolina company that buys and renovates homes across the Lowcountry. He also co-runs a nationwide mobile home buying business with his partner Josh, and helps trade contractors grow through The Trade Page, where he builds websites and generates leads for the businesses that keep everything else running. When he is not working, he is usually at the piano with his two kids.
