    The negativity from the naysayers has always fueled me and I always prove them wrong. That seems to work for me.

      Yes Sara. Irresponsible Ted Talk, imo. The 163 person study didn’t incorporate anything even reasonably close to a real-life situation. Figure out whether you are more motivated by announcing your goals or by keeping them to yourself. Then, do that.
