25 Tips To Live By For The Happiest New Year Of 2012

  1. Drink plenty of water.
  2. Try something challenging and new.
  3. Play all sorts of games, video games, board games, aslong as they aren’t games with others feelings.
  4. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.
  5. Eat more food that is close to its natural state, and less processed or manufactured.
  6. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.
  7. Remember that however good or bad a situation is, it will change.
  8. Try to get 7-8 hours of sleep each night.
  9. Take a 10-30 minutes walk daily. And while you walk, smile.
  10. Forgive. Don’t ruin your present happiness.
  11. Don’t judge. Don’t compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
  12. Stop negative thoughts on things you can’t control. Invest energy in the positive present moment.
  13. Agree to disagree.
  14. Have faith.
  15. Get rid of anything that isn’t useful, beautiful or joyful.
  16. Don’t take yourself too seriously. No one else does.
  17. Give something good to others every day.
  18. Smile and laugh more.
  19. Dream more while you are awake.
  20. No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.
  21. Make peace with your past so it won’t spoil the present.
  22. Call your friends and family often. Stay in touch.
  23. Do the right thing.
  24. Spend time with people over the age of 70 and under the age of 6.
