To have change you first have to have the acceptance of the now.

I was born on this ship, I will go down and die on this ship, born to sail and die to prevail and to tell the true tail

I agree with you but rather not use the word “acceptance”. To change you first should have “awareness” of the now.

I have read through most of the ‘ideas’, however, with all due respect to the quotors’ I did not read any instructions of “How to?” Is there a book that teaches one the How to, after they read a quote?

Having a positive mental attitude, it is re-training your brain to replace every negative thought with a positive one and being truly in control of that (even if you feel at times you are not) (you always are) It is about changing your cognitive behaviour, it is to see the good in people before seeing the bad and it is really as simple as being kind and nice to yourself all the time. It doesn’t happen over night, but once you get it, you can’t ever lose it, as no matter how bad things seem, they can always be worse and always feel grateful for what you have in your life, not the things that you haven’t. It is always about looking for the positive and getting rid of the negative (as quickly as possible) – you are in control, don’t allow your own mind or the views of others to affect that! Good luck, your nearly there!
