Good article, but the not enough stress putnupon time management, adequate sleep and overall balance. There’s a lot of references to working when others are sleeping as well as references to putting your goal first at the expense of other things in your life. It is important to do these things from time to time but only if you have your priorities straight, are paceing yourself, and are keeping an eye on the big picture- your longterm health and wellness.
