  1. I would say that music to pump you up for gym is a very subjective thing. What works for me is trance music and the list above has no appeal to me whatsoever….just saying :-)

    • I agree. Monster is the best. I’ve also got to recommend some of LL Cool J’s new stuff…I was surprised when I heard it but he’s got a few songs on there that will get you super amped.

  2. A lot of this music is very misogynstic and negative. The video imagery is horrible. For the most part not a positive influence on mood or anything else for that matter.
